RIDE FOR LIFE 2013

Everything is ready for the fourth edition of the Ride for Life, the charity event  that ends the championships season with the most fun challenges on two wheels between professionals cyclists and motorcyclists, to sensitize public, raise funds for research for a cure for chronic spinal injuries and help athletes victims of serious accidents during a race or training.

At the South Milano circuit of Ottobiano (PV), a week after the challenges of EICMA LIVE, whose prize will be awarded this year to Riders4Riders non-profit organization, will again be protagonists all the ambassadors of R4R along with the great cycling advocates of Marina Romoli onlus , veterans of the World Championship in Florence.

So we will see among so many great riders Capirossi, Melandri, Dovizioso, Pellegrini, Guarneri, Alex Salvini and Kiara Fontanesi graduate world champions in their respective specialties, along with stars of the MX of Nations in 2013, challenging the champions of cycling Pozzato, Nibali, Paolini Fontana and others in a series of exciting motocross trials, quads, pit bikes, karts and mountain bikes races.

This last challenge with mixed couples will be entitled from this year “trophy Andrea Antonelli” and will be dedicated to the young driver who died recently, always present among the protagonists of the event since its first edition.

On track this year the Garpez team and the spectacular freestyle MX Daboot team.

From Saturday afternoon a hundred great athletes will be available to the public for autographs, dinner and cabaret show with Paolo Casiraghi and on Sunday,  fun on the track and a lot of solidarity.

The competitions open to amateurs will be instead on November 16, reserved for the riders with FIM licence for MX1, MX2 and mini85 with the Trophies Riders4Riders and road cycling (open online registrations from 1 October).
